PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and portable tsunami life-saving device which can be housed in a small bag, and allows a user with his or her head on the water surface to take a breath on evacuation from tsunami.SOLUTION: A tsunami life-saving device 17 can be contracted to be held in a hand or to be larger than that, and is provided with air bags 9 and 10 which cover the head of a person in case of tsunami and can be expanded by blowing air to a buoyancy supportable size. The part covering the head is formed of an integrated transparent resin having a bowl shape, and a fastening string for tightening the part around the neck is attached to a neck part. |
