PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response performance when a resisting force is caused which corresponds to a speed of the object to be moved.SOLUTION: A motor control device comprises: a correction coefficient storage unit which stores in advance a coefficient indicating a correlation between a speed at which a movable element of a motor moves and a resisting force caused when an object is moved; a correction value calculation unit which calculates a correction value for a thrust command value from the speed at which the movable element moves and the coefficient; an operation unit which calculates a corrected thrust correction value from the thrust command value based on a command value input from the outside and the correction value; and a thrust control unit which drives the motor on the basis of the corrected thrust command value. |
