PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of achieving detection of the hot water amount supplied into a bathtub or the presence of hot water in the bathtub at low cost, thereby improving the assembling performance and maintenance.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a circulation circuit 34 for circulating hot water in a bathtub 10 via a heat exchanger 14, a circulation means 19 arranged in the circulation circuit 34, a hot water supply path 33 connected to the circulation circuit 34 and supplying hot water into the bathtub 10, and a flow rate detection means 23 arranged in the circulation circuit 34 and detecting a flow rate by the rotation of a rotor, wherein the flow rate detection means 23 detects the hot water supply amount supplied from the hot water supply path 33 to the bathtub 10 and the hot water circulation amount in the circulation circuit 34. |
