PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality storage device, an electronic device equipped with the storage device, a semiconductor device that controls the storage device, an electronic system equipped with the storage device, and a method of controlling the electronic device.SOLUTION: A storage device 140 holds data and an error correction code. An LUT 72 stores the relationship between memory addresses and error correction levels. An error detection level processing unit 70 calculates an error correction level corresponding to an access address that is included in an access instruction to the storage device 140, on the basis of the access address and the LUT 72. A write control unit 60 calculates an error correction code on the basis of the calculated error correction level, and writes it together with the data to the storage device 140. A read control unit 50 performs error correction processing using the error correction code on the basis of the calculated error correction level, and supplies error-corrected data. |
