PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent adhesive sheet excellent in adhesion strength, water resistance and whitening resistance and to provide a touch panel and an image display device having the transparent adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A photosetting composition for a transparent adhesive sheet includes 20 to 50 mass% of a polyurethane (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group, 5 to 20 mass% of a (meth)acrylate (B) having a hydroxyl group, and 0.2 to 5 mass% of a photopolymerization initiator (D). The polyurethane (A) is obtained by reacting a polyolefin polyol with a polyisocyanate to obtain a polyurethane having a hydroxyl group or an isocyanate group, and further reacting the polyurethane with either a compound having an isocyanate group and a (meth)acryloyl group or a compound having a hydroxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group; and has a weight average molecular weight of 10000 to 300000 and shows a relative dielectric constant of 2 to 4 at 1 MHz in a cured product. |
