An application of a composition for alleviating sexual dysfunction. The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-200 parts of ganoderma lucidum, 5-150 parts of American ginseng or ginseng, 1-90 parts of cordyceps fungus powder and/or 1-120 parts of cordyceps; or the composition consists of water and/or ethanol extract of the above raw materials as active ingredients.
