Provided in an embodiment of the present application is a short message shielding method, the method comprising: when a mobile terminal receives and transmits a short message, detecting the state of a short message receiving and transmitting flag bit; if in a shielding state, then prohibiting displaying or transmitting the short message; the state of the short message receiving and transmitting flag bit is set by the mobile terminal according to a short message shielding instruction, and the short message shielding instruction is transmitted by a specified network when the mobile terminal accesses the specified network. Also provided in the embodiment of the present application is a mobile terminal corresponding to the method. The embodiment of the present application enables a mobile terminal to shield the short message while maintaining normal voice function. |
