PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier film for transparent conductive film, which can prevent, even when a transparent conductive film having a transparent conductive film, such as an ITO thin film, is used in a processing step, conveying step or the like involving temperature changes with the film being bonded to a carrier film, the deformation of the transparent conductive film (or preventing the deformation of a functional layer when the transparent conductive film has the functional layer); and to provide a carrier film for transparent conductive film, which can maintain the shape of a transparent conductive film that is an adherend without wrinkling, scratching or the like of the transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: A carrier film for transparent conductive film has an adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of a support. The arithmetic average surface waviness Wa of an adhesive surface of the adhesive layer, the adhesive surface being opposite to the surface contacting with the support, is 70 nm or less. |
