PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of generating a high-quality blur-added image from which effects of diffraction and aberration are eliminated, an imaging device, an image processing method, and an image processing program.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus adds blur to a photographic image on the basis of information on a distance from a subject, and includes: a restoration kernel generation unit that generates a restoration kernel for restoring a deteriorated image; a blur kernel generation unit that generates a blur kernel for performing blur addition to an image; and an image processing arithmetic unit that performs blur addition processing including image restoration to the photographic image by using the restoration kernel and the blur kernel. |
