PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep system responsiveness intact during synchronization process execution.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring and control system includes: a remote monitoring apparatus for transmitting state information about equipment acquired from a monitored and controlled apparatus via a wide area network; a normal power system monitoring and control system for creating a database from the equipment information transmitted from the remote monitoring apparatus, and holding in its own area setting data set to the monitored and controlled apparatus via the wide area network; and an emergency power system monitoring and control system for creating a database from the equipment information transmitted from the remote monitoring apparatus, and holding in its own area backup data on the setting data held in the normal power system monitoring and control system. |
