PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that since recent fast-paced expansion of the market scale of metallic silicon-based solar cells brings expansion of the production scale, resulting in excessive competition in the market, whereby the market price of the product lowers significantly and quality requirement becomes drastically severe, in such circumstances, an improvement and device being an extension of the conventional technique can not generate profits.SOLUTION: There are provided a system, equipment, structure and process for producing high purity metallic silicon applicable to solar cells at a stroke from silica stone which is a raw material of metallic silicon, by which a dramatic cost reduction is achieved and running cash flow is also dramatically reduced. |
