PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particle beam treatment equipment which allows to effectively install a particle accelerator and an irradiation apparatus at a given site.SOLUTION: Particle beam treatment equipment 1A comprises: a rotating gantry 3 having a cyclotron 2 for generating proton beams, a rotation section 30 rotating freely around a rotation axis line P and an irradiation section 32 installed on the rotation section 30 and irradiating the proton beams; a guide line 4 which guides the proton beams generated at the cyclotron 2 to the rotating gantry 3; and a building having a main building section 61 and a sub building section 62 adjacent to the main building section 61. The main building section 61 has a cyclotron room R1 for installing the cyclotron 2 and a gantry room R2 for installing the rotating gantry 3. The gantry room R2 is installed on the upper or lower floor of the cyclotron room R1.
