The present invention relates to a refrigerant distributor of a cold storage system for more effectively distributing or conveying a refrigerant of a freezer refrigerating the low temperature latent heat PCM of a cold storage tank in a refrigerant circulation line of the cold storage tank. The present invention discloses a refrigerant distributor of a cold storage system having a cold storage tank for storing low temperature latent heat PCM and a freezer for refrigerating the low temperature latent heat PCM of the cold storage tank, which includes: an internal cylindrical vessel connected to the refrigerant circulation line of the freezer, having one end forming an inlet opening for receiving the refrigerant and the other end closed; and an outer cylindrical vessel arranged radially and separately outside the internal cylindrical vessel, having a plurality of peripheral capillary tubes, wherein a refrigerant communicating passage is formed between the inside of the outer cylindrical vessel and the outside of the internal cylindrical vessel, and a plurality of outlet holes formed on the periphery of the internal cylindrical vessel, the length of the capillary tube adjacent to the closed surface of the internal cylindrical vessel being designed to be the longest, and the length of the capillary tubes being reduced as approaching the inlet opening of the internal cylindrical vessel so that the length of the capillary tube adjacent to the inlet opening of the internal cylindrical vessel becomes the shortest.
