A control device (20) of an aircraft steering apparatus, for controlling an aircraft steering apparatus (1) comprising: an operation part having a rudder pedal (4) provided in a cockpit of an aircraft, a main pilot steering wheel (2), and a co-pilot steering wheel (3); and an actuator (6) which is driven according to an operated amount outputted from the operation part and which steerably operates at least a steered vehicle wheel (5); the control device (20) comprising a switch controller (22) for exclusively switching whether or not the actuator (6) will be driven on the basis of an operated amount corresponding to any operation of the rudder pedal (4), the main pilot steering wheel (2), or the co-pilot steering wheel (3), based on a command input of the main pilot and/or the co-pilot.
