The component (1) has multiple electrical connection devices (4) made of ductile material i.e. copper, and comprising contact portions (5, 6) for contacting circuit carriers (2, 3), respectively. The contact portions are electrically connected with each other and arranged in respective casing sections (10, 11) of a single-piece housing. A bend portion (8) of the housing is interconnected to the casing sections. The casing sections are pivoted with respect to each other from an initial state to a final state upon bending of the bend portion. The connection devices are formed as punching lattices e.g. two-dimensional punching lattices. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electrical interconnection between two circuit carriers in a circuit device.
