<p>[Problem] To provide: a diaphragm having excellent durability, which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracks due to the vertical movement of the diaphragm associated with the opening and closing of a flow channel of a diaphragm valve; and a diaphragm valve equipped with the diaphragm. [Solution] This diaphragm, which attaches to a diaphragm valve, is characterized by being provided with: a membrane that moves up and down by deforming with the opening and closing of a flow channel; and a flange that is disposed around the membrane, and is sandwiched between a valve body and bonnet. The diaphragm is further characterized in that the shape of the underside of the membrane prior to deforming deforms toward the center from the outer edge into a curved surface that rises after falling.</p> |
