PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyimide-nano particles is provided to manufacture polyimide-inorganic particles with a core-shell structure in which uniform polyimide coating layers are formed by forming polyimide coating layers on inorganic particle surfaces and removing polyamic acid which is not coated by a density fractionation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyimide-nano particles comprises the following steps: phase separating polyamic acid from nano particles on which polyamic acid by adding suspension which includes polyamic acid from nano particles to ionic liquid or inorganic solvent with a density of 1.05-1.80 g/cm^3. The suspension comprises 15-75 volume% of polyimic acid solution and 25-85 volume% of nano particles or 5-50 wt% of polyamic acid solution and 50-95 wt% of nano particles. The nano particle is an inorganic particle or metal particle with high dielectric property. The inorganic particle is one, two or more selected from BaTiO3, TiO2, SiO2, Al2O3, V2O3, ZnO2, La2O3, HfO2, SrTiO3, BaSrTiO3 and Nb2O5. |
