PURPOSE: An LNG tank is provided to enhance the airtightness of a secondary barrier between lower insulating members by connecting a secondary barrier for assisting to a secondary barrier for connection. CONSTITUTION: An LNG tank comprises a plurality of lower insulating boards(20), an upper insulating board(30), a connecting board(40), a primary barrier(50), and a secondary barrier(60). The lower insulating boards are installed in inner hull of the LNG tank and are arranged at a first interval(G1). The upper insulating boards are respectively installed on the lower insulating boards. The upper insulating board establishes a second interval(G2) larger than the first interval. The connecting board is installed on the lower insulating board corresponding to the second interval. The connecting board connects the upper insulating boards. |
