PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering a raw material suitable for saccharification from a pretreated lignocellulosic raw material.SOLUTION: A lignocellulosic raw material is chemically treated for obtaining a raw material suitable for saccharification, and the chemically treated raw material (raw material suspension) is ground by a refiner. The ground raw material (raw material suspension) is sieved with a 60-600 mesh filter to separate fibers, and the fibers separated in the sieving process are enzymatically saccharified. The enzymatic saccharification process is simultaneous saccharification and fermentation treatment where fermentation products are generated together with saccharides by simultaneously performing treatment of the lignocellulosic raw material by an enzymatic saccharification reaction and fermentation treatment of generated saccharides by a fermentation microorganism using a saccharifying enzyme and the fermentation microorganism simultaneously. |
