The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting device according to the present invention comprises: a panel; a first electrode provided on the panel; an organic layer provided on the first electrode; a second electrode pattern provided on the organic layer and including at least two metal layers spaced apart from each other; and a fuse layer provided on an entire area between the upper surface of the second electrode pattern and the metal layers spaced apart from each other.
