A part of the peripheral side wall is translucent and/or transparency such that water level in the water chamber is determined with respect to alignment of the base unit to a user by the side wall. A component chamber (3) is partially accommodated in a space defined by the peripheral side wall. The component chamber is partially extended into the water chamber.
