The carrier (20) has a variable cross-sectional area extending in a longitudinal direction of the carrier with respect to a vehicle. A circular cross-section is formed in a support bend. The support bend varies a position of a central axis of a vehicle door reinforcing tubular support in relation to two portions of the carrier. The vehicle door reinforcing tubular support reinforces door panels (30, 40) of a vehicle door arrangement (10). The door panels are mounted on the vehicle door reinforcing tubular support, where the carrier extends inside the door panels. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a vehicle door assembly (2) a method for manufacturing a vehicle door assembly.
