The decoy has a drive (TW) with constant thrust and several expandable spring-actuated brakes (BK). The expandable spring-actuated brakes continue to move to the ejection direction of aircraft approximately with the speed of the aircraft. The curve of the individual spring-actuated brake is configured such that the aerodynamic drag coefficient is set, depending on the speed of the air vehicle. The exhaust gases are comprised of hydrogen chloride and hydrogen bromide. The fuel is comprised of ammonium and ammonium bromide.
