<p>Disclosed therein is an automatic assembly device for a crescent bracket, which can automatically recognize the corresponding standard in relation with a window pane manufacturing profile supplied and transferred, generate processing data corresponding to the profile, and assemble a crescent bracket to one side of the profile through an automatic control. The automatic assembly device for the crescent bracket includes: a transferring part (100) for transferring a window pane manufacturing profile (1) to one side; a clamping part (200) for fixing the transferred profile (1) at a predetermined position; a bracket feeding part (400) for positioning one crescent bracket (3), which is drawn out from a parts feeder (410) in which a plurality of crescent brackets (3) are accommodated, on one side of the fixed profile (1); and a fastening member assembling part (500) for fixing the positioned crescent bracket (3) to the profile (1) by the medium of a fastening member (5). The automatic assembly device for the crescent bracket can automatically recognize the corresponding standard in relation with a window pane manufacturing profile supplied and transferred, generate a processing data corresponding to the profile, and assemble a crescent bracket to one side of the profile through an automatic control so as to enhance production efficiency of double sliding windows and reduce a failure rate by a worker's mistake during the assembling process.</p> |
