PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a fine facilities-interlocked control according to a resident place of a user in a section even when an entry/exit management section is wide.SOLUTION: When a determination result by a determination processing unit 46 indicates a permission of an entry, a facility management system acquires a resident section and a resident zone of a user from a user information storage unit 44B and also acquires the number of resident users in the resident zone from a section information storage unit 44A. The facility management system is so configured that, when a moving destination section of the user is the resident section of the user and the number of the resident users of the resident zone is zero before the movement of the user, instructs to start an operation of related facilities in the resident zone to a facility operation control unit 47, so that, only when a user enters the moving destination section where no resident user of the moving destination section is present, the related facilities of the moving destination section start the operation. |
