PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body heat-insulating cover that is formed by holding an air sheet laminated on a blind with reinforcing members disposed at both ends, by use of a clip, and retaining and attaching it to a vehicle via a connecting cord, in order to solve the following problem: when the vehicle is left behind in an outdoor parking lot in a sunny day in summer, the cabin becomes very hot in a few minutes and a driver feels discomfort during drive.SOLUTION: A blind 5 having reinforcing members and laminated on an air sheet 3 is disposed on a top surface of a vehicle so that the reinforcing members are located on the side of vehicle windows. A clip 7 holds it. A retaining cord 9 is fastened to the clip to fix a terminal to the vehicle body. In a vehicle body heat-insulating cover, a tip engagement part 13 of the clip 7 has a space 14 for including the reinforcing member and the sheet 3. A holding part pawl has a pawl clip having a molded uneven engaging pawl 15. |
