<p>The present invention relates to a novel method for detecting instantaneously a biomarker immobilized to a solid surface and related uses. The method comprises exposing the biomarker to a probe having a magnetic label in a solution; applying a magnetic field to the solution, whereby a complex of the biomarker and the probe is formed on the solid surface; withdrawing the magnetic field; removing the solution from the solid surface; and detecting the complex instantaneously, wherein the presence of the complex on the solid surface indicates the presence of the biomarker.</p> |
