<p>The present invention relates to a serial heating and water heating system, and one object of the invention is to provide a serial heating and water heating system which is capable of further simplifying the structure of a heating and water heating system by reducing the use of valves which control the flow of hot water for heating according to heating or water heating conditions and controlling the flow of hot water for more accurate heating according to the situation. The serial heating and water heating system according to the present invention includes: a heat exchanger that heats water provided through a heat medium produced by a heat production facility and producing hot water for heating; and a heating mechanism that is connected in series to the water heating heat exchanger and provides heating using the heat medium flowing through the water heating heat exchanger. The present invention further includes: a flow rate sensor which generates different signals according to the flow rate of the heat medium which is supplied and circulates from the heat production facility to the water heating heat exchanger; a flow switch disposed in a pipe which connects the water heating heat exchanger to a water faucet in use and generates a signal when hot water for heating is circulated by the opening of the water faucet in use; a flow rate control valve disposed in a bypass valve which returns excess heat medium exceeding the flow rate allowed by the heating mechanism to the heat production facility and controls the flow rate of the heat medium which is returned through the bypass pipe; and a controller which controls the flow rate control valve based on a signal value generated from the flow rate sensor in order to control the flow rate of the heat medium which is returned through the bypass valve, and controls the flow rate of the heat medium which flows in through a heat medium supply pipe by increasing or decreasing the in-pipe pressure of the heat medium supply pipe or of a heat medium discharge pipe.</p> |
