PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food or a body care product which uses a flavor or a skin sensation composition which gives a feeling of heat or a feeling of warmness when it is used or applied.SOLUTION: A composition contains a hot-warm component, a cooling component and a bitter component. In an embodiment, this product additionally contains an acid component. The composition does not give oily or earthy off-note but gives clean hot taste.
