PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to instantly solve a problem of sagging of a strap by an easy operation pulling the belt.SOLUTION: A shoulder strap has pulling-out rings 43 at parts, belts C are divided into a shoulder hanging areas 31 constituting an effective length of a strap B and pulling out areas 32 not constituting the effective length L of the strap via the pulling-out rings 43. The pulling-out rings 43 are constituted so as to restrain the belt members 3 when load in a predetermined direction acts on the shoulder hanging areas 31 in a using condition and so as to release the end belt members 3 when the shoulder hanging areas 31 are pulled in a direction different from the predetermined direction or the pulling out areas 32 are pulled, the effective length L of the strap can be changed by continuously moving the end belt members 3 from one to the other of the shoulder hanging areas 31 or the pulling out areas 32 during being released. |
