PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer that can detect internal abnormality when analog/digital compatible terminals for an AD conversion block and a digital signal processing block are provided, and further to provide an electronic control device mounted with the microcomputer.SOLUTION: Abnormality in an AD conversion block AB or a digital signal processing block DB is estimated on the basis of conversion results of the AD conversion block AB and processing results of the digital signal processing block DB obtained in a state that the same input signal is input to input terminals ADIN0 through ADIN3. Especially when a channel ch1* is allocated to analog signal input (T1: YES), open abnormality of a multiplexer is estimated under conditions that an AD conversion value of the channel ch1* falls below a low threshold value L and a port register value of the channel ch1* is equal to H (T6 and T7). |
