The present invention provides a method for user equipment obtaining policy information for making a traffic detour. According to the method for the user equipment obtaining policy information, the user equipment may receive via an access point (AP), policy information related to Hotspot 2.0, wherein the policy information related to the Hotspot 2.0 may include policy information related to a roaming consortium established between AP enterprises. According to the method for the user equipment obtaining the policy information, the existence of previously received 3GPP-based policy information or setting information can be confirmed. When the previously received 3GPP-based policy information or setting information exists, according to the method, conflict between the policy information related to Hotspot 2.0 and the 3GPP-based policy information or the setting information can be additionally confirmed. When there is a conflict, according to the method, a policy information request message, which includes the policy information related to Hotspot 2.0 that is received, can be transmitted to a 3GPP-based network node in order to obtain the 3GPP-based policy information that reflects the policy information related to the Hotspot 2.0 that is received. |
