Provided are a mounting member (10) and a module (50). The mounting member comprises: a pole embracing member (101), the pole embracing member comprising an engaging groove (1011) for being engaged with a hoop member (102); and a first screw hole (1012) for being connected to an adapter member (502). The hoop member is used to work together with the pole embracing member to fix the pole embracing member on a pole (30). The adapter member is used for connecting the pole embracing member and a to-be-mounted object (501). The mounting member is used for mounting of a module. By means of the mounting member, the number of mounting components can be reduced, and the mounting and demounting efficiency can be improved. |
