The dishwasher has a rinsing container (2) for receiving dishes to be washed. A heat exchanger (14) is arranged in a region of a wall (9) of the container and removable with the assistance of heat from the container. A heat guide element (15) is thermally conductively connected or coupled with the heat exchanger and another wall (16) of the container. The heat exchanger comprises a storage (8) i.e. water bag, which is fillable with liquid i.e. fresh water (19), through an inlet. The heat guide element is designed as a heat pipe (20). The heat exchanger is formed as a water reservoir.
