The present invention relates to an antiaging pharmaceutical composition containing an Aleurites fordii extract, a fraction thereof or a phorbol-type diterpene compound isolated from the fraction as an active ingredient. The Aleurites fordii extract acts on blood cells to induce the production of CD44, which is a cell surface material necessary for the movement of blood cells to skin tissue, and acts on the epithelial cells of the skin to increase an enzyme producing hyaluronic acid, which has a moisturizing effect, and thus can be used as an active ingredient of an antiaging pharmaceutical composition for treating skin diseases or preventing skin aging, a dietary supplement for preventing and alleviating skin aging, or an anti-wrinkle functional cosmetic product.
