ROLLER FOR CONVEYING GLASS SUBSTRATE

A roller for conveying a glass substrate, comprising a roller body (201), and a peripheral member (203); the roller body (201) has an outwardly protruding circumferential curved surface; a groove (202) is arranged on the outermost circumference on the surface of the roller body (201); the roller body (201) is used to rotate around a central shaft; the peripheral member (203) is nested in the groove (202) of the roller body (201), and is used to contact, support and convey the glass substrate. The roller in the present technical solution will not cause scratching of the glass substrate in the conveying process of the glass substrate, when in need of maintenance; only the peripheral member needs to be replaced, with no need to replace the whole roller. Therefore, the roller body can be reused, thus saving cost.
