PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wholly aromatic polyamide polymer is provided to prepare a wholly aromatic polyamide polymer with low inherent viscosity deviation, high inherent viscosity and uniform molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wholly aromatic polyamide polymer comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed solution by dissolving aromatic diamine in a polymerization solvent; preparing a prepolymer by adding aromatic diacid halide to the mixed solution; and preparing a final polymer by adding further aromatic diacid halide to the prepolymer. The prepolymer has a molar ratio of aromatic diamine to aromatic family diacid halide is 1.20-2.00. |
