摘要 Provided is a cuprous selenide preparation method, comprising: weighing elemental substances copper and selenium by a specified molar ratio with excessive selenium; placing the elemental substances copper and selenium in two reactors respectively, and then placing the two reactors at the head and tail ends of a quartz tube; evacuating and sealing the quartz tube; horizontally placing the quartz tube in a horizontal synthesis furnace having a high temperature treatment area and a low temperature treatment area, the reactor filled with the elemental substance copper being in the high temperature treatment area, and the reactor filled with the elemental substance selenium being in the low temperature treatment area; heating up the horizontal synthesis furnace, maintaining the temperature, melting the elemental substance copper and the generated cuprous selenide crystals in the high temperature treatment area, and evaporating the elemental substance selenium in the low temperature treatment area; then stopping maintaining the temperature of the horizontal synthesis furnace and the temperature starts to decrease, first the high temperature treatment area cooling to a specified temperature, and then the high temperature treatment area and the low temperature treatment area naturally cooling to room temperature together with the horizontal synthesis furnace. The present invention has low cost, good product quality, no toxicity, and no contaminants, and has low requirements for devices.
