PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injecting a rust-proofing agent aqueous solution into a PC tendon fixing portion side sheath end portion that can distribute the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution across an entire area of a cavity inside a sheath end portion at a fixing portion side without causing the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution to leak around the area.SOLUTION: A method for injecting a rust-proofing agent aqueous solution into a PC tendon fixing portion side sheath end portion comprises the steps of: performing sealing processing of a leaking portion in a case where there is the leaking portion in a portion other than a PC tendon fixing portion 3 in a grout-unfilled cavity 12 when injecting the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution into the grout-unfilled cavity 12 of a PC tendon fixing portion side sheath end portion having air permeability at the PC tendon fixing portion 3 of an existing PC structure 1; causing one end of a rust-proofing agent aqueous solution injection hose 16 to communicate with the grout-unfilled cavity 12; causing the other end of the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution injection hose 16 to communicate with a container 18 in which the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution is stored; and causing an entire area of the grout-unfilled cavity 12 and the PC tendon fixing portion to be immersed in the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution by gravity flow of the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution while adjusting a liquid level of the rust-proofing agent aqueous solution inside the container 18 to a height of the PC tendon fixing portion.
