PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keratinocyte migration promoter which is useful for quick healing of a wound, or an external preparation composition or a pharmaceutical composition for healing a wound.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a keratinocyte migration promoter containing a Citrus Tamurana form Orange Hyuganatu extract, a water-soluble component of the Citrus Tamurana form Orange Hyuganatu extract, or a fraction having a molecular weight of 2,000-200,000 obtained by gel filtration chromatography from the Citrus Tamurana form Orange Hyuganatu extract as an active ingredient; or an external preparation composition or a pharmaceutical composition containing the keratinocyte migration promoter.
