PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate smooth flow of a resin softened during heat sealing to a side surface of a metal strip thereby obtaining good airtightness.SOLUTION: A tab lead 40 with a resin includes: a metal strip; and a belt like resin member covering a predetermined width of the metal strip in a width direction of the metal strip and having thermoplasticity. At least one end part 10c of the side surface of the metal strip, which is covered by the resin member, is chamfered.
