PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried fish shaving machine for a dried bonito, dried chub mackerel, dried round herring, or dried mackerel scad, configured to efficiently shave an object.SOLUTION: A dried bonito shaving machine includes a rotary planer 20 for producing dried bonito, pressing means 34 for pressing an object to the rotary planer 20, and a funnel 30 formed so that a contact position with the object is set within a cutting and shaving are defined by a trajectory of a blade attached to the rotary planer 20. A gap between the inner wall 38 and the outer wall 36 of the funnel 30 is set equal to or less than the length of the blade 24, and includes a circular arc part corresponding to the shape of the rotary planer 20. |
