PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management device capable of detecting a sign of failure and identifying an occurrence place.SOLUTION: The operation management device includes: a correlation model generation unit 123 that derives, with a performance item or a management object device defined as an element, at least a correlation function between first performance series information representing a time-series change in performance information relating to a first element and second performance series information representing a time-series change in performance information relating to a second element, generates a correlation model on the basis of the correlation function, and obtains a combination between the respective elements on the correlation model; a correlation change analysis unit 124 that analyzes a change in the correlation model on the basis of the performance information newly detected and acquired from the management object device; and a stationary change analysis unit 231 that determines whether or not there is a correlation that is destroyed for a specific period and, when it is determined that there is the correlation that is destroyed for the specific period, invalidates the corresponding correlation model. |
