PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit configuration capable of suppressing increase in current consumption of a band gap reference circuit and boosting an output voltage at a higher speed in a constant voltage circuit which uses the band gap reference circuit.SOLUTION: A constant voltage circuit 100 comprises: an output voltage generating part 110 for generating an output voltage on the basis of a loop current generated by first and second current mirror parts 111 and 112 constituted by a plurality of transistors; a first transistor 140 constituting a current mirror on the basis of the loop current; and a timing control function (a control part 130 and a switch part 150) for controlling ON/OFF of the first transistor 140. The constant voltage circuit 100 adds a current generated in the first transistor 140 to the output voltage of the output voltage generating part 110 by the time when the output voltage rises and intercepts the current after the output voltage rises, when a power source is started. |
