The system has black tubular units (1.4, 1.5) attached at a swivelable frame (1.1). The tubular units are pivoted in a sun position and in a shadowing position such that a middle point line of the sun position coincides with a focal point line of a parabolic surface. The system is aligned to sun's height and sun direction using a sensor electronic circuit and a drive. A reflection surface is reflected to the tubular units found in the sun position, where cold air that occurs during operation of the system is utilized for cooling the tubular units.
