A heating device for a vehicle, that prevents reduction in the warming up performance of an engine and effectively improves heater performance. The heating device for a vehicle comprises: a heat exchange flow path (22) provided in an exhaust passage (11) of an engine (10) and that exchanges heat between exhaust air that flows through the exhaust passage (11) and fluid that is caused to pass therethrough; a heater core (23c) that exchanges heat between the fluid that has increased in temperature in the heat exchange flow path (22) and air that is blown into the vehicle compartment; a first fluid flow path (24) that connects a fluid outlet section in the heat exchange flow path (22) and a fluid inlet section in the heater core (23c); a second fluid flow path (25) that connects a fluid outlet section in the heater core (23c) and a fluid inlet section in the heat exchange flow path (22); and a pump (26) provided in the first fluid flow path (24) and which pressure-feeds fluid.
