PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip structure of a writing utensil that can control elastic fatigue and breakage of a part that generates pinch power to a clip body.SOLUTION: A back of a freely rotatable clip body 10 is connected to a clip support 11 to turn around a turn fulcrum 12, one end of a tension means (a spring pressure cylinder mechanism 20) that biases the clip body 10 is pivoted to the clip body 10 at a front side from the turn fulcrum 12, and the other end of the tension means 20 is pivoted to the clip support 11 at the front side from the turn fulcrum 12, in a clip structure of a writing utensil 1. |
