PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of performing common mask settings irrespective of whether or not supporting a parameter that designates a capture range so as to capture and distribute a specific part of a photographic image generated by an imaging element.SOLUTION: When a received mask parameter includes imaging direction information indicating an imaging direction of an imaging unit 1003, an imaging device specifies a position of a mask image in an imaging range on the basis of the imaging direction information, distribution image position information, and superimposing position information. In contrast, when the mask parameter does not include imaging direction information, the imaging device specifies a position of the mask image in the imaging range on the basis of the distribution image position information, and the superimposing position information. |
