PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of oral administration having an effect of improving skin quality by increasing the water content of skin by internal use, and applications thereof.SOLUTION: A composition for internal use containing at least one kind selected from a pine bark extract and a reduced coenzyme Q10; or a composition for internal use containing a pine bark extract, a reduced coenzyme Q10 and an eucommia bark extract is used as an agent for increasing water content of skin. The composition is used for increasing water content of skin.
