PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb type lamp capable of not only adjusting a projecting direction but also efficiently radiating heat generated by semiconductor light-emitting elements and simplifying electric wiring.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module 11 has semiconductor light-emitting elements 21. A support body 12 has the light-emitting module 11 mounted on one end side in a direction of a lamp axis center A, and a cap 13 on the other end side in free thermal conduction. A lighting circuit 14 is supplied with power through the cap 13, and supplies the semiconductor light-emitting elements 21 with lighting power. A globe 15 is attached to one end side of the support body 12 in a way covering the light-emitting module 11. A light guide 16 has a light-incident part 38 opposed to the semiconductor light-emitting elements 21 and an emission part 39 arranged inside the globe 15. A reflecting body 17 is not only to contain the emission part 39 of the light guide 16 inside the globe 15, but also to freely rotate around an angle adjustment axis center crossing the lamp axis center A.
